What should I do if the pump truck tire breaks down?

Concrete pump trucks bear a lot of weight, and the road conditions are mostly very poor, so it is easy for tires to be cut and scratched by foreign objects and sharp objects on the road. High temperature operation is also a big test for the tires of small pump trucks. Not only does it reduce their service life, but tire blowouts also occur from time to time. So when an accident occurs, what should you do?

1. Apply glue, wait for the glue to dry in the shade, stick rubber and cord fabric inside the tire, and then compact it tightly to prevent air from being caught.

2. Use a tire repair airbag that is the same size as the tire. The wound on the outside of the tire must be sutured, and then filled with tire repair rubber after suturing. It should be noted that the tire repair rubber filling needs to be 2-3 mm higher than the tread.

3. Use a tire expander to expand the tire, put the airbag into a woven bag or apply talcum powder, then put in the tire, put in the upper mold, and add iron sheet between the upper mold and the lower mold, put a rubber plate above the airbag, and then put in the iron plate to protect the airbag, put in the pressure iron, and install the screw.

4. Tighten the screws at both ends to press the tire. Make sure the tire fits tightly with the mold. If not, loosen the screw and the pressure iron and readjust it again. 5. Cut off the remaining vulcanized rubber to ensure that the tread is flat. For repairers, if it is the first time to repair and they have no experience, they will first use waste tires for trial repair. When repairing, they should always check whether the temperature of the tire repair machine and the airbag pressure are normal. Wear protective glasses when using a grinder; hold the grinder tightly and tap lightly to avoid rebound when grinding.
