Upgrading of concrete pump truck technology

In the field of construction machinery, the strict working requirements of concrete pump trucks determine its special technical difficulty and representation. In terms of product lightweight research, due to the lack of simulation analysis test technology related to structural lightweight, most pump trucks are in the state of overweight illegal operation. Core components such as hydraulic valves, the domestic industry are processed and assembled with imported components, not only can not meet the energy saving requirements of the host, and the core components are subject to foreign countries for a long time, mass production and technology improvement bottleneck. The research of key new materials such as wear resistance has always been the short board of domestic pump truck products.

Based on basic research, the project has carried out key technological breakthroughs in pump trucks, developed a series of world-class concrete pump trucks, and systematically improved the overall quality of domestic concrete pump trucks. The project authorized 4 invention patents, 9 utility model patents; 3 authorized software Copyrights; Published 5 papers; Participated in the national standard 1, and formed six key innovative technologies:

 Intelligent energy-saving concrete pump truck key technology development and industrialization

1. Special pumping hydraulic valve technology: solves the problems of large pressure loss and poor energy saving effect existing in the hydraulic control system of machining oil passage and combination valve in the industry. The hydraulic system is up to 700L/Min, the pressure loss is not more than 20bar, and the hydraulic system equilibrium temperature is less than 55 degrees.

2. Full hydraulic reversing technology: It solves the problem of high cost and unreliability caused by the electronic control components of the electronic control reversing pumping technology currently used in the industry, which are susceptible to environmental pollution such as water and concrete. Pump reversing time is reduced by 50%, reversing impact is 90% lower than the industry, efficiency is increased by 10%, reliability is high, long life.

3. Skirt valve pumping technology: solve the problem of low life of the existing S-valve wearing parts in the industry. Service life of wearing parts: skirt valve 120,000 square, glasses plate 80,000 square, butterfly plate 100,000 square. Suction efficiency increased to 92%.

4. Arc leg technology: Solve the problem of large deformation and shaking of the legs of the X-shaped leg pump truck commonly used in the industry. Compared with the same meter grade X leg products, the leg deformation is 50% smaller and the leg lift is 50% smaller.

5. Lightweight technology based on full-condition nonlinear buckling analysis of the vehicle: breaking through the anti-buckling technology of thin plate and large box, automatic assembly of full-condition model of the vehicle, automatic nonlinear buckling analysis, to ensure the reliability of lightweight structure. The first to build three bridge 52 meters long, four bridge 62 meters, five bridge 67 meters all steel boom structure pump truck.

6.Boom vibration reduction and smart boom technology: solve the industry's existing technology when pumping boom shaking, low life. Vibration reduction: the upper and lower vibration amplitude of the end of the boom is less than 200mm, and the left and right oscillation amplitude is less than 200mm.

The implementation of the project has effectively promoted the development of concrete machinery towards intelligence and energy saving, further improved the overall technical level and independent development capability of China's concrete machinery, and shortened the distance with developed countries. The research results can also radiate other construction machinery and equipment, and have important economic significance and social value to improve the overall level of domestic construction machinery.
