A concrete pump truck is a machine that uses pressure to continuously transport concrete along a pipeline. It is composed of a pump body and a delivery pipe. According to the structural form, it is divided into piston type, extrusion type, and hydraulic diaphragm type. The pump body is installed on the chassis of the car, and then equipped with a retractable or flexural distribution boom to form a pump truck.

A concrete pump truck is modified on the chassis of a truck. It is equipped with motion and power transmission devices, pumping and mixing devices, distribution devices, and other auxiliary devices on the chassis.

The power of the concrete pump truck transmits the power of the engine to the hydraulic pump group or the rear axle through the power transfer box. The hydraulic pump pushes the piston to drive the concrete pump to work. Then the distribution boom and delivery pipe on the pump truck are used to transport the concrete to a certain height and distance. In addition to driving the concrete pump truck, the engine is also used to drive working devices such as the pumping mechanism, mixing mechanism and material distribution mechanism. The power of each working device of the concrete pump truck comes from the car engine. When the concrete pump truck is working, the power of the car engine is transmitted to the transfer case through the gearbox, and then transmitted to each hydraulic pump or the rear axle of the chassis after the transfer case switches. When the driver issues an instruction to switch to the pumping position, the pneumatic solenoid valve controls the cylinder on the transfer case to push the fork, and the fork pushes the separation gear to switch to the pumping position, while cutting off the power to the rear axle, so that the car is in the parking state. On the contrary, it switches to the driving position. Now the control of the pump truck is basically realized by the remote control.
