Solution to pump truck remote control boom failure

In the process of mechanization replacing manual labor, the application of concrete pump trucks in concrete construction has become common. Due to its convenient operation, super-standard pumping performance and the elimination of cumbersome pipe laying steps, it has been favored by many construction units.

However, during use, a customer's pump truck had the following fault: the boom operation failed when the pump truck was in remote control. So, what exactly caused this kind of fault? Let's follow the technicians responsible for on-site fault handling to take a look.

Fault phenomenon:

A pump truck, using the HBC remote control, the near and far control of the first pumping was normal. After switching to the driving state, the near control was normal during the second pumping. In the remote control state, there were forward and reverse pumps and mixing reversals, and the boom operation failed.

How to solve the failure of remote control boom of pump truck

Fault analysis:

1. The remote control lever is damaged and does not move, but the pumping is normal, so it is ruled out;

2. The remote control signal is not good or there is co-frequency interference, but there are forward and reverse pumps and stirring reversal under remote control, so it is ruled out;

3. The forward and reverse pumps and stirring reversal are switch quantity control, without primary protection, the action of each arm, the speed of the arm action, and the pumping displacement are proportional control, without secondary protection. The proportional control should return to zero position in the natural state, otherwise the protection will be self-locked and all proportional controls will fail;

Troubleshooting process:

After excluding the first two possibilities, open the remote control box cover. There are two metal wires on the side of the fan-shaped gear that meshes with the gear corresponding to the remote control rod (the position where the metal wires are aligned is the zero position mark. Use a 1.5mm hexagon to loosen the fastening screw, pull the rocker to adjust, so that the two metal wires of the remote control rod are aligned in the natural state (adjust to the normal zero position), tighten the screw, and the fault is solved.
