Pumping technology of concrete pump truck
Sep. 13, 2024
Which do you prefer, a long-arm or short-arm pump truck? In fact, it depends on your actual working conditions and which one you can use. The longer the boom of the pump truck, the higher the height of the pumped concrete can be delivered and the wider the pouring area. The arm length of the pump truck depends on which model you have. If the length of the delivery boom is extended at will, it will lead to insufficient delivery pressure and the concrete cannot be pumped up.
Concrete pump trucks can achieve two tasks at the same time during construction, pumping concrete and laying operations. Due to its unique characteristics, it can achieve a larger and wider range of laying, strong pumping capacity and good performance, flexible and convenient movement. For sites with large volume requirements, high construction intensity, one-time pouring and high quality requirements, the pumping pressure develops in the direction of high pressure.
At present, small pump trucks are widely used in key construction projects. Concrete pump truck pumping technology is needed in many concrete construction projects. For example, in our daily lives, such as subways, water conservancy, bridge construction, buildings, bungalows, and construction projects, small pump trucks have been closely connected with our lives and are inseparable. They are very important models.
What are the solutions for the problem of short-distance pumping of pump trucks? We have been working hard on the road to becoming bigger and stronger, hoping to meet more like-minded partners to jointly develop small pump trucks. According to the structural characteristics of the boom, shortening the length of the boom requires a foldable and short-distance pumping concept. The improvements and solutions we have made for this are as follows:
Since the pump truck, a special mechanical equipment, has its own exclusive boom, it is also very convenient during construction. You only need to unfold all the booms to achieve pumping. Under the high pressure of the pumping system, the concrete is pumped to the designated location through the boom piping through the external Stephenson connecting rod technology. For example, a 32-meter small pump truck has a total of 5 booms, and a 58-meter medium-sized pump truck has 6 booms. These booms are very useful and play a big role in the pumping process. For example, when constructing in rural areas, if the distance is not very large, you don’t need to unfold all the booms. You only need to lift arms 1 and 2, which reduces the time of unfolding the booms and saves space.
