However, during the use, concrete trailer pumps need to install pipelines for construction, so there are quite a lot of things to pay attention to. Experts pointed out: It is recommended to use professionals to operate the pumping equipment of concrete pumps. Usually, when purchasing, the manufacturer will teach the construction site personnel how to use the concrete trailer pump. Under normal circumstances, the placement site of the pumping equipment should ensure that it is flat and solid, with a certain distance from the edge of the foundation pit, and the power supply meets the regulations. So what should be paid attention to when using concrete trailer pumps?

1. Construction site protection

Usually at the construction site, it should be ensured that there is a sealed protective shed, and there should be no obstacles within the cantilever range of the fabric boom, and there should be no high-voltage wires.

2. Straight-line pipeline laying

In the process of laying pipelines, it is usually necessary to ensure that the pipeline laying line between the pumping equipment and the pouring point is straight, and the bends should be minimized. At the same time, the laying of the pipeline support and the fixing of the pipeline must be tight and reliable, and the pipeline joints should be kept sealed and reliable. Hose and steel pipes must not be mixed.

3. Installation of key parts

During the installation process, it is strictly forbidden to directly connect the vertical pipe to the output port of the ground pump. It is recommended to connect a horizontal pipe with a length of not less than 10 meters before the vertical pipe is installed, and ensure that a check valve is installed at the inlet of the horizontal pipe. At the same time, when laying a downward inclined pipe, it is recommended to install a horizontal pipe at the lower end, and its length is at least five times the height of the inclined pipe.

4. Climate conditions

During use, ensure that the conveying pump is operated when the wind speed is less than 16 meters/second when using the boom. If the wind force is greater than level 6, the cantilever must not be used. However, in hot weather, wet sacks can be used to cover the pipe.

5. Blockage treatment

If the conveying pump pipe is blocked, it is recommended to stop pumping first, check the blocked pipe, remove and clean it, and then reinstall it firmly, seal it and reset it after cleaning.

6. Handling of the use and storage of the boom

During use and storage, the boom must be tied and fixed firmly with ropes from multiple directions. If it cannot be tied, it is recommended to set up a temporary support; in addition, it is recommended to lock the boom in balance when lifting it, and prevent the pipe mouth from biting your hand during assembly. In addition, the boom should be placed on a flat and solid site.

7. Taboos in the use of pipelines

Usually, the delivery pipeline of the concrete trailer pump should not be installed on the automobile delivery pump for use.
