Precautions for repairing concrete truck pump

Nowadays, concrete truck pumps are increasingly used in rural and urban areas. Many skilled operators have some understanding of the performance, structure, and operating principle of truck pumps. Therefore, when a small problem occurs in the truck pump, they can solve it by themselves without going to the repair shop. It not only saves money and effort, but also does not delay work.

However, compared with specialized maintenance personnel, the ability of operators is limited after all. They have not received systematic and comprehensive maintenance knowledge training. They only have a superficial understanding of maintenance knowledge, and many of them come from experience. They often ignore some details that need attention, which may cause the truck pump to get worse and worse. Therefore, when repairing the truck pump, some rules must be followed.

1. When repairing the truck pump, please read the instructions carefully. If there are procedural or technical problems, please consult the after-sales service department in time.

2. To ensure that no accidents occur during maintenance, the power machine should be turned off first. Release the accumulator pressure and ensure that all electrical buttons are in the off position.

3. When welding on the vehicle pump, the high voltage generated may damage the electronic components of the remote control system and the wired control system. Therefore, before applying electricity, you must do the following:

Remove the remote control plug from the remote control socket and cover the connecting socket with a cover.

Remove the positive and negative terminals from the battery.

When handling fuel, hydraulic oil and other functional liquids (battery electrolyte), eliminate the possibility of combustion and explosion. Please comply with the safety specifications of relevant products and local laws and regulations for recycling or utilization, and do not handle them without authorization.

4. It is not allowed to use compressed air to clean pipes and remove blockages. Seawater or salt water cannot be added to the water tank or hopper.

5. Do not place tools on the battery, be careful not to connect the positive and negative terminals of the battery, or overlap the positive terminal of the power supply with metal; to prevent discharge and harm to the human body.
