1 Important Tips

1.1 The user manual should be specific to the machine.

1.2 Operators must be trained by our company before they can take up their posts.

1.3 Users should operate and maintain the pump in accordance with the requirements of this instruction manual. If the pump fails due to improper operation or maintenance by the user, our company will not provide warranty service.

2 Damage caused by improper use

2.1 Eye disease caused by splashing of chemicals such as concrete and sodium silicate;

2.2 Damage caused by opening of hydraulic hose joints when the hydraulic system is unloaded;

2.3 Damage caused by cracks in pipe joints, pipes, etc.;

2.4 Damage caused by overturning of the pump due to improper support;

2.5 Damage caused by disconnecting the pipeline when there is pressure in the delivery pipeline of the concrete pump;

2.6 Damage caused by inserting your hand into the hopper to operate the pump when the pump is running;

2.7 Damage caused by inserting your hand into the water tank to operate the piston when the piston is running;

2.8 Damage caused by inserting your hand into the water tank to operate the swing cylinder when the cylinder is running;

2.9 Damage caused by rupture of high-pressure hose;

2.10 Damage caused by obstruction of movement of the mixer or other fixed parts;

2.11 Damage caused by the pipeline slipping or falling off due to the delivery pipeline not being fixed properly;

2.12 This machine can be towed by a motor vehicle, but it cannot carry cargo and its driving speed cannot exceed 8 km/h.

2.13 This machine can only be used to pump pumpable concrete. It is not allowed to use this machine to transport other materials.

3 Safety rules

3.1 The use of concrete pumps should comply with the provisions and safety requirements of the instruction manual;

3.2 The operator should record the operation of the concrete pump as required;

3.3 All safety and accident prevention facilities, such as signs, warning signs, fences, metal signs, etc., shall not be changed or abolished;

3.4 A working area should be arranged around the pump (the distance between the pump and the working area should not be less than 1 meter), and other personnel shall not enter the working area without the permission of the operator;

3.5 Before starting the concrete pump each time, the working condition of the pump and the reliability of the conveying pipeline should be carefully checked;

3.6 Pipelines, pipe clamps, O-rings, and elbows within 3 meters of the operator should be replaced regularly;

3.7 The conveying pipeline within 3 meters of the operator should be shielded and fixed firmly with plates or metal partitions;

3.8 When it is necessary to convey concrete slurry or mortar containing chemicals or additives, the operators involved in the working area should wear personal protective equipment (such as safety helmets, boots, glasses and gloves, etc.);

3.9 When pumping concrete, the bending radius of the delivery hole should not be too small to prevent damage caused by pipe blockage;

3.10 When the pump is running or stopped, it is forbidden to put your hands into the hopper or water tank, and it is forbidden to get close to the distribution valve or other moving parts;

3.11 The use, installation and wiring of the electrical control box can only be performed by professionals;

3.12 To prevent concrete splashing caused by inhaled air, the volume of concrete slurry in the hopper should be higher than the volume of the mixing shaft;

3.13 Before using a motor vehicle to tow the pump, the legs should be folded and firmly connected to the bracket;

3.14 In any case, when pumping stops, the S-tube, concrete cylinder and hopper should be thoroughly cleaned, and no residue should be left in the S-tube, concrete cylinder and hopper.
