It is also necessary to check the observation hole of the stirring motor base every month to see if there is any leakage.

2. The car body should be greased once a month, and the amount of grease must be filled only after the clean oil squeezes out the dirty oil.

3. Check the condition of the boom, leg limit pin, boom, leg, turntable, main beam, and other structural components every month. Look for cracks or other phenomena.

3. Annual basic maintenance:

1. Hydraulic oil, transfer case,e and reducer oil should be replaced once a year.

2. Check and test the car body performance once a year. In addition, the maintenance of the chassis is also very important. Please maintain the chassis in time.

In addition to the above maintenance information, other matters must be noted:

The mixer pump truck must be supported on solid ground and cannot be supported on a cavity (sewers, manhole covers, etc.). When supporting, make sure that the entire device is in a horizontal state and cannot be tilted.
