Maintenance of trailer concrete pump

Daily maintenance of concrete pumps is routine maintenance during use:
Inspection of hydraulic components. If a fault is found, check the cause and repair the entire circuit before any operation. If oil is found to be leaking, eliminate the cause of the leak. The grease in the lubrication pump must be sufficient and clean at all times, and there must be no leakage at the joints of the lubrication pipeline. Check the lubrication of each operating part at any time. If there is a part lacking oil, stop the machine immediately for inspection to prevent accidents. When the indicator rod of the lubrication distributor pops up, eliminate the blockage according to the corresponding lubrication pipeline. Check the centralized lubrication system every day to see if it is effective. After the fine stone concrete pump has been working for a period of time, the S-tube, eye plate, and wear-resistant ring will have a certain degree of gap due to wear. If the gap is too large, it will affect normal pumping. Therefore, it should be adjusted and replaced in time. The wear gap can be measured from the cleaned hopper.
The wear and failure rate of the piston ring of the concrete pump is much faster than the speed at which the cylinder wear reaches the limit. Therefore, between two engine overhauls or during maintenance, the cylinder liner is lightly worn and does not need to be bumped or replaced. The engine's working performance can be improved by replacing the piston ring. When replacing the piston ring in a worn cylinder liner, in addition to checking and correcting the ring's opening clearance, edge clearance, elasticity and air leakage, the following points must be noted:
1. Select a piston ring with a repair size corresponding to the cylinder piston. If the requirements cannot be met, it is allowed to replace it with a ring larger than the original size to ensure a good fit between the ring and the cylinder wall. The old gas ring on the piston can also be adjusted and installed in the first ring groove, and the selected new ring can be installed in the lower ring grooves, so as to avoid the new ring and the cylinder wall from not fitting and leaking.
2. Correct the worn shoulder on the upper part of the cylinder. A scraper can be used for scraping. When scraping, the scraper should be scraped from the inside to the outside to avoid scratching the cylinder wall surface. The scraped metal chips should be properly handled and not allowed to fall into the crankcase. If the worn shoulder is not corrected, the plug ring will impact the cylinder shoulder during operation, causing the ring to be squeezed or the ring groove embankment to be damaged, and even resulting in cylinder pulling accidents.
3. The opening clearance of the new ring should be based on the corresponding cylinder position when the piston is at the bottom dead center. File out the opening clearance of each ring. Special attention should be paid: Do not use the worn part of the worn shoulder on the upper part of the cylinder as a reference to determine the opening clearance of each ring.
