The inspection of concrete pumps is usually different according to the parts, and the inspection cycle is not the same. 1. Check daily

Daily inspection includes appearance damage and deformation, loose exposed parts, operation and performance changes, oil leakage, hose damage, lubricating point lack of lubricating grease, unsafe factors for car driving, etc.

2, monthly inspection

When pumping 2,000 cubic meters of concrete or every month, the following checks can be done, such as damage to the slide valve, wear of the delivery pipe, hydraulic oil reduction, forced lubrication of the lubrication point, routine maintenance of the car part.

3. Semi-annual inspection

If the concrete is pumped for 12,000 cubic meters or half a year, the following checks can be done, such as slide valve lower shell, conveying cylinder damage, electrical components, hydraulic oil deterioration, boom damage and routine maintenance of car parts.

4. Check every year

If the pumped concrete reaches 24,000 cubic meters or reaches a year, the following checks can be done, such as the mixing device, the mixing oil motor, the rotating oil motor, the pump, the oil pump, the replacement of hydraulic oil, etc., need to be checked.

The boom system of the small pump truck is an important part of the small pump truck. The existence of the boom saves the time of the construction personnel, greatly improves the construction efficiency and saves the labor cost. The turret is an important connecting part of the sky pump. When the turret is abnormal, it will seriously affect the normal operation of the sky pump. Fault description:

During the construction of the sky pump, under the near control and remote control state, the boom can not rotate in both directions, and the other actions are normal.

Fault analysis:

1, clockwise and counterclockwise rotation are limited.

2. The left and right rotating electromagnet is damaged.

3. There is a problem with the rotating plate of the multi-way valve.

4. There is a problem with the rotary balance valve or rotary motor.
