How to solve the local leakage of concrete pump truck

What are the main causes of slurry leakage?

1. The delivery pipeline joint is not tightly sealed. The delivery pipeline joint is not tightly sealed, the pipe clamp is loose or the sealing ring is damaged, and the slurry leaks. At this time, please tighten the air pipe clamp or replace the sealing ring.

2. The gap between the eye plate and the cutting ring is too large. When the eye plate and the cutting ring are severely worn, the gap between the eye plate and the cutting ring becomes larger. The gap between the eye plate and the cutting ring must be adjusted by adjusting the special-shaped bolt. If adjustment cannot be made, the worn parts should be replaced immediately. This is only applicable to the "s" valve series concrete pump.

3. The concrete piston is severely worn. The operator should always observe whether the water in the water tank is turbid and whether there is mortar. Once water is mixed or mortar is found in the water, it indicates that the concrete piston is worn. At this time, the piston should be replaced in time, otherwise the pipeline will be blocked due to leakage and pressure loss, and the wear of the piston and the delivery cylinder will be aggravated.

4. Leakage caused by severe wear of the concrete delivery cylinder

Every time the piston is replaced, the water in the container will become turbid immediately. If the piston is good, the delivery cylinder needs to be replaced, indicating that the delivery cylinder is worn.

In the case of leakage in the concrete pump truck, the technicians first check the supply of lubricating oil, whether the amount of lubricating oil is sufficient, whether the oil net is unobstructed, whether the distribution valve is normal, etc. In the case of abnormalities in some parts, the corresponding parts are exchanged, and maintenance will have to be carried out in the future.

If the mixing shaft fails, the hydraulic system should be checked in time, and the leakage of the hydraulic motor should be checked. If the speed of the hydraulic motor does not reach more than 80%, it is necessary to check the speed of the hopper when it is empty and loaded. After finding the problem, it is solved as soon as it is solved.
