How to maintain the parts of the pump truck

First, the maintenance of the chassis

1. The engine should be replaced with oil 50 hours after the first use, and the oil filter and diesel fine filter should be replaced at the same time, and the diesel crude filter and air filter should be cleaned. It will be changed every 250 hours. Usually, when the oil level is insufficient to add, the same brand and model of oil that meet the requirements must be used;

2, when the pump truck is working, check the oil level every 10 hours or every day, if insufficient, it should be injected in time;

3. The gear oil of the power transfer box should be replaced after 200 hours of use in the pump car, and the subsequent oil change should be carried out at an interval of 1000 hours (or half a year). The butter in the bearing of the power transfer box should be filled every 1000 hours.

2. Maintenance of the pumping part

1. Check the oil quality and oil level of the hydraulic oil every 8 hours when the pump truck is working, supplement and replace it when necessary, the newly added hydraulic oil must be consistent with the oil brand in the tank, and the hydraulic oil filled by the pump truck is Esso H46. Generally pump 20000 cubic meters of concrete or use half a year should be completely replaced once the oil, oil change must clean the tank, and the various parts of the cylinder for oil drainage treatment;

2, when the pump truck is working, check the oil level of the lubricating oil every 8 hours, it is recommended to use 00# non-extreme pressure semi-fluid lithium base grease, and there should be lubricating oil overflow at the concrete cylinder connecting the water tank, the bearing seat of the S-tube size and the mixing end seat when pumping;

3, the pump truck should adjust the gap between the glasses plate and the cutting ring after pumping 3000 square, such as serious wear must be replaced immediately. Check that the concrete should be well sealed, no mortar infiltration into the water tank;

4, pump truck in 500 hours after use should check the S-tube and S-tube bearing position wear condition, if necessary to replace the shaft sleeve and cone sleeve;

5, check the suction filter vacuum gauge indicator of the pump car, such as the position of the vacuum gauge pointer reaches the red area (that is, more than 0.04Mpa) must replace the filter element;

6, each system must be checked when starting, to see whether the system pressure is normal, check whether the hydraulic system leakage;

Third, the maintenance of the boom jacket

1. The gear oil in the rotary gear reducer in the pump car must be replaced after 100 hours of first use, and the subsequent oil change shall be carried out once every 1000 hours (or half a year). The recommended brand is Nanhai 85W-90 heavy load gear oil, and the filling amount is 8 liters;

2, the lubrication of the boom, the hinge of the leg, the rotary big gear ring bearing and the oil nozzle at the end of the rotary reduction gear shaft should be checked and oiled every 60 working hours, and the lubricating grease used is 3# calcium base grease;

3, in order to reduce the danger and failure of pumping concrete, it is necessary to use the correct pipe diameter and thickness of the conveying pipe, the correct pipe clamp and safety lock.

4. In order to make the wear uniform and the life of the conveying pipe longer, the conveying pipe can be rotated regularly: about 5000 square per pouring, the straight pipe will turn 120 degrees clockwise and the curved pipe will turn 180 degrees;

5. After working for a period of time, the pump truck should carefully check the welds of the rotating table, the boom and the support leg. If there is weld cracking, it should immediately contact our company for proper treatment.

6. After the completion of the pumping concrete work, the whole pump truck should be cleaned, and the remaining concrete in the conveying tube is strictly prohibited;

7, special warning: In order to ensure the safety of the equipment, the front end of the pump car is only allowed to connect 4 meters of hose, and is not allowed to connect any other pipes.
