How to deal with abnormal noise in hydraulic system

Causes

Vacuum absorption is one of the main reasons for the high noise of hydraulic pumps. When air is mixed into the oil, cavitation is easily formed in its high-pressure area and propagated in the form of pressure waves, causing oil oscillation and cavitation noise in the system. The main reasons are:

1. The oil filter and oil inlet pipe of the hydraulic pump are blocked or the oil viscosity is too high, which can cause the vacuum at the oil inlet of the pump to be too high, allowing air to penetrate.2. The oil seal at the shaft end of the hydraulic pump and pilot pump is damaged, or the oil inlet pipe is poorly sealed, causing air to enter.

When the concrete pump truck hydraulic pump has a high noise during operation, the above parts should be checked first, and the problems should be dealt with in time.

Battery storage

1. The battery of the small pump truck should be removed and placed in a dry and antifreeze place. Keep its surface clean and dry, and it is strictly forbidden to place conductive objects on the battery. When removing the battery, first cut off the negative line, and then cut off the positive line; when installing, connect the positive line first, and then connect the negative line. The electrical system of engineering concrete machinery is grounded to the negative pole to prevent short circuits when disassembling and assembling the battery.

2. Lead-acid batteries should be charged once a month.

3. The distribution plate of the hydraulic pump of the concrete pump truck is also one of the important components that easily cause noise. During use, the distribution plate will shorten the unloading groove and change the unloading position due to surface wear or sludge deposition at the opening of the unloading groove, resulting in oil entrapment, which will then cause higher noise.

Summary of the problem

In the normal repair process, the distribution plate repaired by flat grinding will also have the consequence of shortening the unloading groove. At this time, if it is not properly lengthened, it will also generate greater noise. During the assembly process, the large unloading groove of the distribution plate must be installed in the high-pressure chamber of the pump, and its sharp angle direction must be opposite to the rotation direction of the cylinder body, otherwise, it will also cause greater noise to the system.
