Construction operation process of concrete pump truck

Concrete pump trucks are a type of mechanical equipment that is currently used by construction parties. It can greatly improve the efficiency of construction. In the project, many construction parties use pump trucks to shorten the construction process.

1. Chassis power take-off operation process

The driving pumping switch should be completed in the cab. Before the power take-off operation, the gear should be in neutral and the handbrake should be pulled, and the power take-off switch should be pressed. After the power take-off is completed, the corresponding gear should be engaged, generally a 1:1 speed ratio gear.

2. After completing the power take-off and shifting the gear, the outriggers need to be deployed and leveled in the near-control state

Leveling requires observing the level gauge next to the outrigger multi-way valve. Pump trucks equipped with electronic level gauges need to observe the level data on the display screen in time. The outriggers need to be placed with pads, the site must be hardened, and the parking must be stable and firm, with good drainage facilities to prevent collapse.

3. After the legs are unfolded, switch to the remote control mode and then open each section of the boom in turn. 4. Pumping concrete and construction. Before the delivery pipe of the concrete pump truck is connected and used, it must be carefully checked. If there are cracks in the pipe wall, leakage, serious wear of the pipe body, damage to the joint, etc., it should be repaired or stopped to prevent accidents under high pressure when the concrete is pressed. Lubricate the pipe with a small amount of mortar before pumping. When pouring pumped concrete on site, no one should stand within 1 meter on both sides of the pipe to prevent the pipe from swinging and injuring people. 5. After pouring, flush the pipe by reverse pumping, sucking sponge balls or clean water. 6. Finishing work. Pump trucks are a kind of construction tool used by many construction parties.
