Concrete pump truck pouring construction process
Oct. 24, 2024
1. Before the concrete pump truck pumps concrete, first pump the clean water in the storage hopper out of the pipeline to moisten and clean the pipeline, then add cement mortar (or 1:2 cement mortar) with the same mix ratio as the concrete into the hopper, lubricate the pipeline and start pumping concrete.
2. When starting to pump, the pumping speed should be slowed down, and the oil pressure change should be within the allowable value range. When the pumping is smooth, pump at normal speed.
3. During pumping, the amount of concrete in the hopper should be kept no less than 10mm above the cylinder mouth and 150mm below the hopper mouth. Avoid low suction efficiency, easy to inhale air and cause pipe blockage. Too much will overflow during back pumping and increase the load on the mixing shaft.
4. Concrete pumping should be continuous. When the concrete supply is not timely, the pumping speed needs to be reduced. When the pumping is temporarily interrupted, the mixing should not be stopped. When the blade is stuck, it is necessary to reverse the queue, and then rotate forward and reverse for a certain period of time. Pumping can be continued after the forward rotation is smooth.
5. If the pumping stop time exceeds 20 minutes and the pipeline is long, the pump should be started every 5 minutes to pump a small amount of concrete. If the pipeline is short, 2-3 strokes can be reversed every 5 minutes to make the concrete in the pipe creep to prevent water seepage and segregation. If the pump is stopped for a long time (more than 45 minutes), the temperature is high and the concrete slump is small, which may cause pipe blockage. It is advisable to remove the concrete from the pump and the delivery pipe.
6. Pump far first and then near, and gradually remove the pipe during pouring.
7. When pumping in high temperature seasons, it is advisable to cover the pipeline with wet straw bags to cool it down and reduce the temperature of entering the mold.
8. The total horizontal conversion distance of the pumping pipeline should be less than the maximum pumping distance of the equipment.
