1, when the wind speed exceeds 13.8 meters/second (six wind), it is strictly prohibited to work. When the wind speed exceeds 7.78 m/s (fourth level wind), it is strictly prohibited to install and disassemble the cloth machine and climb inside.

2, the distributor should maintain a certain safe distance from high-voltage lines and electrical appliances.

3, the end of the pouring hose must be tied with safety rope, do not use the length of more than 3 meters of the end hose pouring, do not insert the hose into the poured concrete, in strict accordance with the scope of the cloth machine work.

4, when the cloth machine is working, no one is allowed to stand under the boom.

5, the hydraulic system pressure shall not exceed 25Mpa.

6. It is strictly prohibited to open the pipe joint when there is pressure in the conveying pipe. 7. It is strictly prohibited to remove the end hose and connect the boom with another rigid conveying pipeline.

8. During the rotation process, it is strictly prohibited to brake or do reverse operation when the whole machine is not stopped. The joint hoop at the turning point should not be fixed too tight to ensure flexible rotation, and the rotary joint hoop should be cleaned and lubricated once per shift.

9.repair or maintenance, should be cut off the ground power supply, no live repair and maintenance.

      10. At the end of the work, the boom must be closed, the safety hook must be hung, the big arm must be placed horizontally, and the ground power supply must be cut off.
