1, slip loader gearbox sudden abnormal sound, speed sharply reduced?

When the sliding loader is driving at a higher speed, it suddenly recovers a large mechanical abnormal sound in the gearbox part, and then the speed decreases sharply as if it were braking. At this time, the accelerator is released, the car is frozen, and there is no need to take off the gear. The abnormal sound disappears after idling for a while, and then the accelerator is stepped down, and the locomotive returns to normal running.

If this phenomenon appears from time to time, it is due to the phenomenon of the roller overstepping the clutch. The roller should be in the non-working position and is now stuck in the working position, so that the input gear of the first stage turbine that is not present for work and the outer ring gear that overstepping the clutch are interrupted to work, resulting in the gear recovering a larger impact sound and giving birth to a larger braking force.

2, the slip loader has been put in gear, but the loader is weak and can not even walk.

(1) The clutch active emptying valve is not tightly sealed, causing the pressure to drop.

(2) friction plate wear tension, the gap is too large;

(3) The valve line of shifting is blocked;

(4) clutch piston ring, sealing ring wear tension, so that the leak tension.

(5) The cut-off valve cannot be returned;

(6) The positioning spring of the speed change valve is burdened or broken, and the steel ball beats;
